Yes, all our products are 100% handmade by skilled weavers and artisans. Slight variations in weave, texture, or minor thread pulls are natural characteristics of handloom and are not considered defects.
You can place your order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and completing checkout through our secure online payment portal.
We currently accept only prepaid orders through online payment modes such as UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) and Pay on Delivery (POD) are not available.

Yes, we offer Pan-India shipping to all serviceable pin codes.
Orders are usually processed within 7 business days of confirmation and delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹1000.
- Within Assam: ₹40 per order (for orders below ₹1000).
Outside Assam: ₹60 per order (for orders below ₹1000).
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order status.
- Exchanges: Not available.
- Returns and Refunds: Only accepted if the product is damaged in transit or lost during shipping.
We do not accept returns for:
- Size-related issues.
- Handloom thread pulls or loose threads also known as weavers’knot
Minor weaving stains or irregularities, which are natural in handmade fabrics.

- Click on “Return” against the item you wish to return.
- Fill in the details and submit your request.
- You will receive confirmation once your return is initiated.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds can be credited back to your original payment mode.
- COD Orders: Not applicable, as COD is not accepted.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval and quality checks.
If your order is lost in transit, we will take full responsibility and issue a full refund or provide a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability. Yes. Our fabrics are sustainably produced, and we follow a zero-waste model, where leftover fabrics are repurposed into smaller lifestyle products. While many of our products are made using natural fibers and dyes, we do not claim that all Porisoi products are made of 100% natural fibres. Our focus remains on creating high-quality, handloom-based pieces that balance tradition, sustainability, and contemporary design.
No. While Porisoi places a strong focus on cotton-based fabrics for everyday wear, we also work with a variety of other traditional materials such as Eri, Padmini, and more. Our collections are thoughtfully curated to balance comfort, durability, and cultural authenticity, ensuring a diverse range of products for different occasions and preferences.
