Shipping policy

At Porisoi, we are committed to ensuring that your orders reach you intact, quickly, safely, and at the most reasonable shipping rates. Please read our shipping policy below for clarity on how we process and deliver your purchases.

Order Processing & Dispatch 

  • Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST), excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 7 business days.

  • You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently offer Pan-India shipping to all serviceable pin codes.

  • Please Note for any unserviceable area, we can attempt DTDC  with additional charges involved.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Within Assam: ₹40 per order (for orders below ₹1000).

    • Outside Assam: ₹60 per order (for orders below ₹1000).

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping across India.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location

  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen delays may occur due to courier partner issues, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link shared with you via Email/SMS
