Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once an order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 7 business days.
- You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently offer Pan-India shipping to all serviceable pin codes.
- Please Note for any unserviceable area, we can attempt DTDC with additional charges involved.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping:
- Within Assam: ₹40 per order (for orders below ₹1000).
- Outside Assam: ₹60 per order (for orders below ₹1000).
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping across India.
Delivery Timeline
- Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location
- Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

- While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen delays may occur due to courier partner issues, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Since our products are handmade, slight irregularities in weave, texture, or minor thread variations or ‘weavers knot’ are natural characteristics of handloom and not considered defects.

No Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer exchanges on any products.
Return Policy
- Returns are not accepted for the following:
- Size issues. All items have size mentioned in the descriptions. Please read the description properly before placing the order.
- Handloom thread pulls or loose threads, also known as weavers knot which is a common characteristic of a handloom cloth.
- Minor stains or weaving irregularities inherent to handmade fabrics.
- Returns/Refund are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been damaged in transit.
- The product has been lost during shipping and did not reach the customer.
Process for Returns/Refund (if applicable)
- If your product qualifies for a return (damaged or lost in shipping), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to us at support@porisoi.in with images of the product and packaging in case of damaged products.
- Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility within 24 hours of mail received.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after the product is received.
Late or Missing Refunds Policy
We aim to process all eligible refunds within the stated timelines. However, if you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned period, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Check Your Payment Method
- Bank / Credit / Debit Card Payments: It may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted by your bank, depending on their processing cycles.
- UPI / Wallets: Refunds usually reflect faster, but can sometimes take up to 7 business days.
- COD Orders: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or Pay on Delivery (POD) payments. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment portal before the product is shipped.
Step 2: Contact Your Bank or Payment Provider
If you still haven’t received your refund after our confirmation, kindly contact your bank or payment service provider. Processing times vary depending on the financial institution.
